100 yards from neighbors, with no staff/owner, or other guest contact ever needed, and private check-in and entrances, we are a very safe property during these Coronavirus times. 1/2 mile to most shopping, dining, police, fire, 4 parks; 2 miles to I-205 freeway, , Clackamas mall, & hospital. 20 minutes to downtown Portland by car or Max light rail. Pet friendly. A nice, cold breakfast and coffee/tea are included. 2 acres surrounded by an 11 acre nature park.

The space

The views from the rooms are beautiful into the forest and creek area. The recently remodeled rooms are elegantly decorated, yet with a cabin like feel. Large comfortable bathroom. Visits by deer and other wildlife are common. Surrounded by a nature park on 3 sides with trails along creek. This is a 2 story space, in which the second floor is inappropriate for disabled or older guests. Downstairs rooms with a queen futon, bathroom, and kitchen are easy access.

Guest access

3 patios including your private patio and/or deck are available for outside dining. Guests are welcome to use our libraries of 1000+ books and DVD's found in the main house. Forest trails and nature park adjacent to the property. Private entrances to both spaces.

Other things to note

Washer/dryer available. The road in front of our property is active from 7am -10pm, as it is an artery to neighborhoods above us in the hills, but significantly quiets down after 10.

With its own entrances, there is no contact and the neighbors are 100 meters away. In these times of the coronavirus, we are a safe facility. 1 mile to restaurants, shopping, 2 miles to highway, light rail, mall, hospital. Trails, creek on site, 20 minutes to downtown Portland, WA. 40 minutes to Columbia River Gorge Nat. Park, 45 minutes to Mt Hood Nat. You will love the outdoors, the sustainable farm, the nature, the views and the friendliness. Pets. Nice cold breakfast and coffee/tea.

Space

Private entrance and patio overlooking natural forest and gardens, clean and quiet. The building is surrounded on three sides by a nature park with footpaths, smart TV, internet service, satellite TV.

Choice of the private terrace, gardens. Cold breakfast provided.
